Is ministry for God's Glory or Man's Glory?

Not Everybody that Says Lord, Lord Will Enter into the Kingdom of Heaven?

This is another scripture that many people think  that one can lose their salvation. The problem is, they do not understand the difference between the Kingdom of God and the kingdom of heaven. I will re-emphasize that the kingdom of God is salvation, and the kingdom of heaven is God’s government where those who are faithful will rule over cities, and so on.

Remember this, once God calls us to be His children, nothing can change that, because we are in the kingdom of God. But the difference is receiving and losing rewards, which has to do with how faithful we are. Keep this in mind, these people are at the Judgment Seat of Christ which is for born-again believers to give account of their deeds (2 Corinthians 5:10).

The unbelievers- Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life.

And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second [b]death (Revelation 20:11-14).

For believers who are not faithful - Not everyone who says to Me, Lord, Lord, shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.  Many will say to Me on that day, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?  And then I will declare to them, I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness! (Matthew 7:21-23).

The kingdom of God is the rule of God, which covers everything! Everybody is under the kingdom of God, but everybody has not entered into the rule of God. We submit to His rule when we accept Christ as our Savior and Lord. The kingdom of heaven means God’s government where the faithful will rule. Jesus said, “Not everyone who says to Me, Lord, Lord, shall enter the kingdom of “HEAVEN” God’s government, which means those who were not faithful will not have rulership.

When many people say they did such and such in Jesus’ name, they did not do what God called them to do; they did what they wanted to, in the flesh, which was to no avail; which caused them to lose rewards.

When Jesus said, “I never knew you” He meant He never knew their works because it was their works and not works (serving, ministering) to glorify God. When Jesus said, “Depart from Me you who practice lawlessness,” will not rule in God’s government.

Brothers and sisters, my walk with the Lord is especially important to me, and I will do everything possible to encourage, admonish, warn, and motivate others to fulfill God’s purpose in their lives.

Grace and Peace,
