My Assignment in Greensboro 7-15-24
Well family and friends, my work in Greensboro is almost done for this season. It was a hard task; what a journey, but God’s grace sustained, strengthened and comforted me through so many people.
Well family and friends, my work in Greensboro is almost done for this season. It was a hard task; what a journey, but God’s grace sustained, strengthened and comforted me. He also worked through so many people.
Saturday was an awesome day of fellowship which consisted of thirty people, all praises to our Lord. We had planned this fellowship months ago, and of course, Albert was to be a part of it. Saturday was an incredible day of fellowship among brothers and sisters who were truly unified (Psalm 133).
Albert had been in my family, and my Christian family’s life for many years. Regardless of who is family, the truth is, as born again believers we will be with Christ and our spiritual family throughout eternity. I thank the Lord that you and I understand that.
These posts are to encourage others and to give them hope. Readers, you don’t know how much others have been edified by your replies in saying how much Albert meant to you. It has made a world of difference to me.
The fellowship
1) Burnett Ministries dinner
The fellowship ended up being threefold; which remind me of the thirty three years of knowing Albert.
1) Burnett Ministries fellowship
2) A memorial honoring our beloved deceased Albert, with sympathy cards and money
3) donations to the ministry and birthday blessings (cards, gift cards, a dozen roses, and plenty of money.
My most heartfelt gratitude is extended to each of my friends (family) for your love, condolences and for remembering my birthday, and blessing (sowing seeds into) my ministry.
Thanks to all you friends of different walks of life who showed your love in honoring the life of Albert. My friends in the ministry, deacons, deaconesses, teachers, lawyer, and other professional people. Regardless of your position, I always say if you are born again, you have a ministry , praise the Lord. Everyone who knows me also know that I don't have respect of persons. There are no "Big I's and little u's." For there is no respect of persons with God. (Romans 2:11).
Thanks to all you wonderful readers who supported me, loved me, and prayed for Albert’s family.
God bless you!
