Breakdown of the Gifts Given by the Holy Spirit 7-22-25

I want to remind the readers of 1 Corinthians 12/4 and six and that the Triune God. The Trinity is in total harmony; for there are three that bear witness in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit, and these three are one, and there are three that bear witness on the earth, the Spirit. the water and the blood, and these three agree in one (John 5-7-8).  

You will see that the Triune God, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are one and three persons of the Godhead, who are always in harmony with each other. Although the functions are different, there is always oneness. That they may be one as you Father and are in Me, and I in You, that they may also be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.  

And that's the way we ought to be. I pray that we are one, even as the Father and Son are one.    

The Gifts: Word of knowledge, Word of Wisdom, faith, gifts of healings. Working of miracles, prophecy, discerning of spirits, different kinds of tongues, interpretation of tongues.  

The gifts are in 3 categories. The Spirit speaks to us through the verbal gifts. he rebuilds things through the revelation gifts the spirit releases His power to the church to act through the power gifts. 

1)Vocal inspiration (speaking) 

Tongues (unknown language)- in the church the unknown language must be interpreted. 

Interpretation of Tongues: This gift is used solely to interpret tongues that are given by the Holy Spirit.

Prophecy- Foretelling something futuristic. This is different from the gift of prophecy in Romans 12:6, which means to preach or proclaim the word. It is also different from the prophet in Ephesians 411, which means to foretell, correct, correct and warn. The Prophet is an intercessor. Intercessors are not necessarily prophets. The prophet is one who is in and out of the Church on assignment.  

(2 the Revelation gifts.  

Discerning of spirits. This gift does not mean being mature enough to earn good and evil. Hebrews 514. Those who say that the gift of discernment does not understand what the difference between the gift of discerning of spirits and to be able to discern good and evil. The gift means to discern evil spirits, which is truly said supernatural, as all the gifts of the Holy Spirit's discerning of spirits can come through the eyes, ears, smell, and so on. In other words, spirits can be detected through the five senses. 

Word of knowledge- It is revealed by certain facts pertaining to the present or past situation in someone's life. This is crucial. The revelation cannot come through the natural mind, it comes directly. From the Holy Spirit. 

Word of Wisdom- This gift is given to reveal to the person functioning and how to proceed in making decisions. It is also used to help someone else make the right decision in a course of action or how they are. Proceed with it.  

The Power Gifts.  

Gift of faith-This gift empowers the person to believe without doubt that whatever needs to be accomplished. He or she has no doubt. And it is through the power of the Holy Spirit that they can move forward, believing in faith, that whatever God has spoken to them to do by faith, it shall be accomplished.  

Working of miracles- Supersedes all and suspends all natural abilities. The example is someone being healed. Like maybe someone does not have a missing limb, and the limb is restored without any physical intervention.  

Gifts of healings- This is a supernatural impartation. The gift also is plural because there are many ways the Holy Spirit can impart whatever is necessary for the healing to take place. 

Believe it or not, God is still moving mightily among His people who want to be empowered by the Holy Spirit to accomplish great and mighty things for His glory!
