Make Sure You Get Your Doctrine from the Bible- Not from the Traditions of Men 3-18-25

There are denominational doctrinal beliefs that are different, that’s why they are called denominations. I have been born again forty three years and have been a member of three different denominational churches. The truth is as I search the scriptures my belief is different, even from the churches I have been a member of.
The point is, nobody is one hundred percent correct in their beliefs, including me. What I disagree with is a denomination telling another one that they are wrong; as if their belief was totally correct. If one denomination were one hundred percent correct, they would not be here.
What I love about the church that I attend, (I’m not a member) although we have doctrinal differences, they treat me like I am a member.
This is what they say:

"You are a part of the body of Christ, and that’s what matters." I am included in various events they have, but I cannot get involved in ministry, which really is not a problem because my ministry is outside the church. Not only that, as a non-member they reached out to me when I was experiencing a major health problem. Our Love for each other superseded any doctrinal differences.
Do I question someone’s salvation because my belief is different than theirs? Of course not! One of the marks of maturity is to understand that people are on different levels when it comes to their spiritual walk. I minister to them on their level and be patient with them; not forgetting that I once was there. But by the grace of God, I am what I am (1 Corinthians 15:10a).

As far as the differences in doctrinal beliefs, as long as we do what remember this scripture we won’t be in bondage or enslaved to anyone:
As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving. Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ (Colossians 2:6-8). Caution- I am only talking about born again believers.
Let God be true but every man a liar (Romans 3:4). Let the church say Amen!
