Shocking! Amazing! Surprising indeed! Only God could have done what transpired two days ago. The Lord God is mighty in all His ways. He is concerned about every detail of our lives, and He perfects those things that concern us.

It had been a desire of some of our family to see all of our members back into fellowship with one another. However, in this particular case, that had not happened until Friday. I believe the few of us that the Lord united together is just the beginning of what is going to be a reuniting of many other family members which is pleasing to God.

One family member who had recently moved from New Jersey to South Carolina came back to take care of business matters, but while in the area, she assisted other family members who had a need, and the Lord used her to bring a few of us together and fellowship with each other.

FYI- the Lord has given each of us certain abilities to be a blessing to others, and this is what stood out about our loving and caring family member. It was absolutely amazing how the Lord used her to be a blessing to those He had ordained to be together.

I would like for every reader to think of it like this- We forget those things in the past that caused unnecessary division in our families. A divided family cannot stand, but an undivided family can stand against anything. If you are saved, God expects you to do everything possible to bring unity within our biological family and the family of God.

The moral of this story is, don’t lose hope about a disunified family. To those of us who know the Lord as our personal Savior, our bright lights should illuminate so much that those who are not saved or some Christians who are still babies in Christ will have a change of heart.

This is a verse from a song that was resonating while writing this message:

Don't stop praying! The Lord is nigh; Don't stop praying! He'll hear your cry; God has promised, and He is true; Don't stop praying; He'll answer you. Author: Edna Randolph Worrell (1906)

I have given our loving and caring family member a name that fits her to a tee- BIG BOSS!

Love my family,
