Jesus Will Pick You Up 9-18-26

Child of God - Grace extends beyond your Sin.

Before posting the message about “Here Comes the Judge” I want to share a word of warning and encouragement to let the readers know that as a born again believer you can never get too far down that Jesus won’t pick you up.

This tile came from a song that was published many years ago and my mother’s group sung it on various gospel programs.

The song by the Williams brothers gave warnings as to what was not acceptable, like going to the nightclubs partying all night long, and the coming in the church on Sunday morning  singing in the choir on Sunday morning like you done nothing wrong.

If you can't sing the way you used to it's because you're doing the same thing that sinners do If you're in the pulpit preaching so bold preaching for the money and not caring for the soul. If you can't preach my brother the way you use to, it's cause you're doing the same thing that sinners do. That ain’t all! What about all that other stuff you’re doing and think you’re okay.

Whatever it may be, REPENT and Jesus will forgive and restore. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). In other words, He will reach way down to pick you up.

I am writing this because of my concern for my brothers and sisters who think it’s okay to do the same thing sinners do. How are you going to make a difference in other people lives when they don’t see any light illuminating from you.

My late mother used to sing “God Wants Somebody That’s Real” Acting like sinners is not conducting yourselves like a child of God.

PS. You will see pictures that depict someone helping another up, and another of a person getting spanked. Remember God chastises (spanks) those He loves (Hebrews 12:6).

Lastly, do you try to help a fallen brother or sister by restoring back in the fellowship? Brethren, if a man is overtaken in any trespass (sin), you who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness, considering yourself lest you also be tempted (Galatians 6:1).
