Saturday Hop Around 12-7-2025

I went to Missions Barbecue to enjoy a complimentary breakfast which was delicious (all of their food is). A friend went with me and we joined other friends for food, fun, and fellowship. The restaurant is a blessing to so many people. While in Deptford, we went shopping for gifts that are to be given at a couple of events.

Several places were on our list after leaving Missions, which included Staples, Acme, Walmart, Boscov’s’ (my favorite store) because they sell a large line of petite clothes; to JC Penny and to Macy’s. Yesterday's shopping was memorable, meeting many people who were in the holiday mood. I said “Happy Holidays” to everyone who crossed my path and they responded the same way.

Although this is not like the message I post on Sundays, my prayer is that the readers will be encouraged and have the right attitude; conduct yourselves in a godly way every day of the week.

Remember this, Missions BBC makes a statement with the name that is befitting to their call. They are truly on a mission serving people with food and always remembering those in the military. What kind of statement does your life make? Every child of God has been given a ministry to serve in whatever capacity God has purposed for His glory.

Oh, how delightful it is to spread Joy to others!
