The Word of God is PURE and Flawless!

Some people try to prove when Jesus said there were twelve hours in a day as proof from Friday to Sunday was three days. Scripture -  Jesus answered, “Are there not twelve hours in the day? If anyone walks in the day, he does not stumble, because he sees the light of this world.  But if one walks in the night, he stumbles, because the light is not in him” (John 11:9-10).

Some have said during Jesus’ time on the earth there were only twelve hours. In calculating to make Friday to Sunday would be thirty six hours, which a day and a half. That doesn’t make any sense. Why don’t people accept the that the Word of God is true?

In many areas, especially in warm climate, there are twelve daylight hours. This is what Jesus was referring to. He said when night came no man could work. How are you going to see in the dark? The problem is because people are not accepting the truth they are stumbling all over the Word.

If it anyone believes that Jesus died on a Friday and rose on Sunday, they are understanding the significance of certain numbers in the Bible. Let’s go to the scriptures:  For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). If Christ would have risen before the third, His purpose for salvation would not have been fulfilled.

This is why it’s important to know the history, the language, and the culture/customs of people. In Jewish culture, three days past death indicated they were truly dead. Jesus conquered death by rising on the third day.

What about Trinity? There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all: (1 Corinthians 12:5-7). God is Three in One: the Father, the Son and the Spirit.

This is He who came by water and blood—Jesus Christ; not only by water, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who bears witness because the Spirit is truth. For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word [Jesus], and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one (1 John 5:6-7).

If the Triune God bore witness, why can’t we bear witness to God’s Word, which is TRUE.

Why is it that people can work on jobs and do what they are told to do, and they will not do what the Lord tells them to do. He is the same God who created everything and He has the power to what He wants to do! With that being established, I am talking about Christians who say that Jesus is their Lord and Savior.

Lord means owner, and how can He have ownership when people are not doing what He tells them to do?

If these people were employed and didn’t go by the rules they would be fired. Thank be to the Lord God that is not like that. But there is a day of reckoning
