Blessings chasing me down and run over!
This is the day that the Lord has made, I am rejoicing and glad in it (Psalm 118:24). O’ magnify the Lord with me, let us exalt His Name together (Psalm 34:3). I was glad when they said unto me, let us go into the house of the Lord” Why? Behold how good and pleasant it is brothers [sisters] to join together in unity (Psalm 133:1)
I assemble with the saints through church service, three or four Bible study groups. not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching (Hebrews 10:25). Caution! Isolating oneself from other brothers and sistes is dangerous; the devil loves to get us alone!b
Being in fellowship keeps me accountable and gives me more awareness of my responsibility to The Lord God and to others, whether they are saved or unsaved.
What do I mean by the saved and unsaved? To the saved, I do everything possible to shine and and not be a stumbling block to a weaker brother or sister. Therefore, let us pursue the things which make for peace and the things by which one may edify another. Do not destroy the work of God for the sake of food. All things indeed are pure, but it is evil for the man who eats with offense. It is good neither to eat meat nor drink wine nor do anything by which your brother stumbles or is offended or is made weak (Romans 14:19-21),
When it comes to the unsaved, I do my best (not perfect) to shine brightly –Matthew 5:13-16
