I want to do a final message that was included in three days about the “Fallen Soldiers” Wednesday and Thursday, another friend and I were invited to the NJ Run for the Fallen. We were in Cape May, Wildwood and Sea Isle City. Sunday, another friend, and I were invited to have a meal at Missions Barbecue with our “Gold Star” mother/friend and some of her family. Her son, Anthony J. Dixon was a “Fallen Hero”

I had eaten the delectable food from the restaurant several times before and it was always delicious. Not only were we served a delicious meal and we were joined by the entire staff; what a wonderful fellowship. The manager also educated us about the restaurant and their mission: “Mission BBQ Salutes American Heroes” They are really on a mission!
Prior to all these wonderfully blessed trips, I had problems with my back, and then the sciatic (still having issues), but the Lord gave me the strength to keep it moving. After getting out of bed Sunday, excruciating pain was in my rotary cuff, it was so bad that certain ways I moved my arm, screams came from my mouth. It was so difficult for me to type my message, so I stopped.
However, I was determined to meet the others and visit another friend later, despite the agonizing pain (God’s grace). The pain was there throughout the day, it started to ease last night, and it is better today- All praises, honor and glory be to God my Father.
In addition to all the blessings that were sent my way, I want to thank the Lord for the favor He gave me, and the favor He gave me through people- Manifold blessings were showered on me last week.
The Favor of God
My son [daughter] do not forget My law but let your heart keep my commands; for length of days and long life and peace they will add to you. Let not mercy and truth forsake you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart, and so find favor and high esteem in the sight of God and man [people] (Proverbs 3:1-4).
Despite the pain, persecution, and opposition, I am still living my best days! My latter years are definitely greater than my former years, and not only that, but my youth is also being renewed like that of an eagle (Psalm 103:5) Hallelujah!!!
The greatest favor any child of God can have is to walk in the TRUTH of God’s Word. I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth (3 John 4).
