God Watches Over His Word to Perform it
A couple of weeks ago, I had an incredible dream that was so realistic that it was posted via social media. It was about the Lord doing a new and greater thing in my life and the ministry. The day after the dream I received a text message confirming the dream. From that
I felt the dream was to be shared to encourage others. While pondering and then asking the Spirit for help, a message came to me that wasn’t planned. As I sat at the computer this scripture came to mind. Moreover, the Word of the Lord came to me, saying, Jeremiah, what do you see? And I said, I see a branch of an almond tree. Then the Lord said to me, “You have seen well, for I am ready to perform My Word (Jeremiah 1:11-12).
I felt that this scripture was not only confirming the dream but also the amaryllis and what transpired in my watching (observing) it. A NEW Thing/ A NEW LIFE- transformation and the example was how a caterpillar turned into a butterfly, which a completer change. The beautiful floral had one stem with green leaves that were similar to the stems, and four stunning red bulbs.
I am backtracking; my godchildren came to visit me from another township two days before Christmas and they blessed me with beautiful amaryllis. This was my first time ever having one and I constantly admired it. After two weeks the bulbs began to dry up and eventually they were taken from the stem. A few days later, to my amazement, a new stem starting to come up; and I did a search about amaryllis. If they are in the right place with and exposed to sunlight, they are considered healthy and a new stem may come.
My brothers and sisters, the Lord certainly watches over His Word to perform it. He spoke through the dream and comforted me through the amaryllis. This is what the symbolism is to me: The Lord wants us to know that if we are in the right place and right position (gifts), He delights in us and The Son is illuminated through us. I believe the Lord was encouraging me and let me know what He had revealed to me through the dream and amaryllis that I had seen well.
Also, take notice that I saw the bulbs on the new stem gradually change through a process of approximately three days; meaning it takes time to grow and it is a process.
What to take away- If you want the favor and the blessings of the Lord, you must not rush but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18).
And if you are obedient to our Father, you will allow the Son to shine brightly through you.
Lastly- to my godchildren, thanks for allowing the Lord to use you to bless me the beautiful amaryllis flower, which more significance than the three of us could ever imagine.
Grace and Peace,
