I am grateful for your responses through social media and my ministry blog, especially the recent events that the seniors were blessed to attend. Generally I from Sunday to Friday, I write messages strictly about the Bible.

However, on Saturdays, I love to post messages about various events in and around our community. There are a couple people who manage the site we go to, and each of them is a blessing to us.

Highlighting Seniors

Thank the Lord for the Borough of Lindenwold opening up the Senior Center in August 2024. It has made such a big difference in the lives of many of us seniors. Two weeks ago, we were bussed to the Asian Market in Cherry Hill, by our awesome driver, Lulu.

Since I don’t minister in any capacity in a church, my call is outside the walls, and whenever and wherever the Lord sends me (Isaiah 6:8). With that being said, whatever door of opportunity opens, I am available. Being with others in the same age range and seeing the quality of their lives changed for the better is a tremendous blessing. In fact, if someone is going through sickness, we encourage and pray for them. I consider us a community of people who are like family.

The Lord has placed many people in my life of different ethnic backgrounds and we see people with the same needs and desires, therefore, it is not about us, but about our fellowman. I love being with the seniors for however long my season is, I’ll do my best to be a bright light and be one of the ones who will minister to their needs.
