Who Will Be Able to Stand at the Judgment? 9-23-26

Heaven is Real and so is Hell!

The Word of God tells us that there are two judgments- The Judgement Seat of Christ which is for those who have a relationship with Christ and the great white throne judgement for the sinners (unbelievers).

Christians must stand before the Judgment Seat of Christ to give account of their deeds (what they were assigned to do while they were on the earth). They will either given rewards for their faithfulness or lose rewards because they did not fulfill God’s purpose for their lives. In other words, this will determine their rulership with Jesus in eternity.

Let’s compare the difference (The Righteous) -

Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the path of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful; but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in His law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, which brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper (Psalm 1:13).

For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad (2 Corinthians 5:10).

For the faithful of “Sold Out” ones, there will be a commendation from Jesus. “Well done”  His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’  (Matthew 25:21-23).

The Unrighteous  -

The ungodly are not so but are like the chaff

which the wind drives away. Therefore, the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. For the Lord knows the way of the righteous, but the way of the ungodly shall perish (Psalm 1:4-6).

Great white throne judgment- unbelievers

Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened.

And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.  And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire (Revelation 20:11-14).
