The Hidden Blessings Seniors Experience as They Age

The Lord is blessing the seniors so much that some of the stories and activities are delayed. This is a twofold post about the activities that took place at the center.  A couple of weeks ago, the horticulture lady came to the Senior Center with flowers to make beautiful floral arrangements.

Also, the lady who teaches line dancing to the seniors is so good that it makes me want to get on the floor with them.  I love to take pictures and get a kick from seeing them so  enthused! Candy, the line dance instructor is awesome and the seniors enjoy her making their lives better by adding some pep to their steps.

It is such a blessing to be with the seniors of different ethnic backgrounds, and beliefs. Recently one of my prayer partners’ prayed that we would not miss the opportunity to witness and minister; that stuck with me. Wherever and whoever I am around, my desire is to take advantage of every door of opportunity that the Lord opens for me to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek (Romans 1:16).

My arrangement was chosen to be number one

To all seniors, my prayer is that you do as much as possible to stay motivated; you will have a better life.
