Highlighting Our Seniors – Celebrating “Breast Cancer Awareness Month” 10-24-26
Encouraged by others, also encouraging each other.
It is such a blessing to share what our seniors are involved in. The Lord has used several resources to help us have a better quality of life.
Thanks to Camden County, the Borough of Lindenwold, and the onsite staff for accommodating us in so many ways. We are especially grateful of the approval for us to use our own personal abilities which reveals how many of our “Recycled Teens” skills and talents are being utilized to further encourage us that age is just a number and we are numbering our days well.
Just the other day, we celebrated “Breast Cancer Awareness Month” Pictures were taken of our group and all of us either wore pink or had something pink; whether it was a scarf, umbrella or a pink bag which was our public statement of honoring all the breast cancer survivors.
Breast Cancer Awareness Month is exceptionally meaningful, especially having four breast cancer survivors among us.
What to take away from this message- We are a group of seniors united and much love is expressed between us. We also have become a family who prays together.
