Evil Exposed 5-8-25

Approximately three years ago, I was started searching for a mechanic shop close to where I reside. After a niece had her car serviced there, and was satisfied, I felt it would be the right place for me. The first couple of years I was completely satisfied with the manager and the manager and the mechanics. One of the times was they did a major repair, with excellent results.

During the third year there was a big turnover of employees (three managers) and the mechanics with whom I was familiar. This raised some questions, I did not feel comfortable, and finally after praying, the Spirit brought to my remembrance the tire company that I purchased battery and tires from three years ago.

Prior to my seeking the Lord, I asked a few people if they knew of a reputable auto shop, and there was no recommendation.

So, I made an appointment to have my truck serviced. Since it was not going to take a long time, I decided to walk to a couple of stores. While I was in the first store, my phone rang and it was the mechanic. He asked me when was the last time my oil had been changed. I said about six months ago, because that’s what I was told at the other auto shop.

He said my oil was clear and according to the sticker on the window, about three thousand miles was left before another oil change was needed. The mechanic explained to me that because I did not drive on major road trips, mainly local, it was necessary to have my oil changed that often. I was also told to come back in a couple of months and they would check it for me.

While still on the phone, the mechanic asked if I wanted tires to rotate; I asked how much it would cost; he said there was no charge. That day, the Lord gave me favor and I saved one hundred dollars. The people at the other company had been taking advantage of me and their price was higher than the last auto shop I went to.

I must say that despite me having been taken advantage of, the Lord eventually put a stop to it. I may have lost a few dollars, but their loss was greater than mine. That auto shop seems to be losing customers and employees.

I believe the Lord allowed me to go through that situation to be one of the customers that He would use to expose them. What’s done in the dark comes to light; there is nothing hidden that won’t be revealed or exposed; God will pull the covers off. For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known (Luke 12:2).

Everyone reaps what they sow. Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap (Galatians 6:7).

Thank the Lord for honest people!
