Last week, during a conversation with a niece, as she was giving me updates on different situations (health) going on with the family, good news was also included. An award had been presented to her from the college where is enrolled pursuing a career in Human Services and Early Childhood Development; Certification (2026) and associate degree (2027).
I love to share how the Lord is working in others’ lives, and I am truly thankful grateful for every opportunity to do so. This niece (former niece in law) is more than some biological ones. She was close and dear to my deceased sister, and when she passed, the torch was passed to me.

When I say torch, it means that a bond between the two of us is a flame of love that only the Lord could put together. Lisa’s love for me has proven to be genuine, and I am grateful. That’s why I am delighted to post testimonies that will not only encourage her, but that others will be blessed and motivated to press forward.
Lisa’s story started many years ago, and she is not ashamed to tell how the Lord delivered her from shame and sorrow. On that note, I’m not ashamed either.
Over the years Lisa also dealt with various afflictions in her body, but God did and He still is delivering her. The Lord has worked wonders in her physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Although an image is posted, this is what it says-
