I am so grateful to the Lord for being in a place where He is using my innovative and creating writing (graced with another aspect of ministry); oh’ how I have such a passion for it, despite the carpal tunnel that has afflicted both of my hands. I get joy to hear about positive things that are happening in our community, and it is with great pleasure that they are written.

How many of you know that the devil cannot stop the plan God has for us?  For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and hope (Jeremiah 29:11).

On Thursday, May 15th, there was an award presented to our Borough (township) police department by the management at the apartment complex where I reside. This was "National Police Week” From my observation of the police and how they  serve our community, the award and lunch was well deserved.

AI Overview: The idea that policemen are "physical angels here on earth" is a figurative and symbolic concept rather than a literal one. While the term "angel" often refers to spiritual messengers or beings, the comparison to policemen highlights the role of law enforcement as protectors and servants of the community, much like the biblical concept of angels working for God's protection and guidance. This imagery emphasizes the important role policemen play in maintaining order and safety for the public.

Our police force does an extraordinary job in their service to our community. They sacrifice their lives to help us have a safe environment; they are courteous, friendly, polite, and so much more.

There is a vast difference between police and the angels that are spirits protecting us at God’s command. For He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways (Psalm 91:11).

These physical angels (police) have a limited life span, whereas the spiritual angels don’t die. We have personal angels that were assigned to us before we were born again. Police (angels) work in shifts and must get some rest from their tedious duties; spiritual angels are with us twenty-four-seven.

We are so blessed to be covered by God Himself which brings us triple covering (protection)- Psalm 91). That is absolutely amazing!

Thank the Lord for different ways (means) of protecting us. Thanks be to God for the police being recognized and honored for their service to our country. Also remembering those who lost their lives serving this country. God bless you!
