There is great concern that I have about certain videos that are posted throughout the land.  Several people have shared their views, of which some are not Biblically correct. The true part was about Christians being involved with fraternal society. But the error is, when it is said that those people in the fraternities are going to hell, they are absolutely wrong. No one knows who is going to hell, or heaven as far as that is concerned.

I am not trying to justify anybody’s wrongdoing, but who God saves is His business, therefore we should stay out of His business about His Sovereignty and be about His business to carry the “Good News (Gospel) of Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:19-20).

I am reminding you that there can be prophetic warnings that are to correct and the warnings result in edification (encouragement) to those who are off course. These warnings also protect the people of God from suffering because of their involvement with anything that is ungodly.

Back to the message, which was about those who are in Masonic fraternities, which includes Greek Mythology; the statement was “they are on their way to hell”- I knew Moderators of an association of churches who were masons, I know many people who are Masons, Eastern Stars, and various sororities who are friends of mine, and some are family. I don’t believe in secret societies of any kind, however many of these people are my friends and I believe they are born again.

I know people who renounced (abandoned/left), denounced (publicly declared the fraternities to be wrong or evil, and they repented of being involved with different fraternities. When they were in these fraternities, they were saved, so how could they have been on their way to hell when they were born again?  As I searched for more information, there were a couple of others that were viewed as long as I could take it. This is why I would not finish watching something that was obvious to me the person did not have an understanding the scripture he quoted.

The person agreed with the person who said those people were on their way to hell. He said, “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate

and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it (Matthew 7:13, 14).

Remember this, Jesus was talking to His disciples and encouraging them to take the narrow way which means to be sold out (uncompromising). He also warned them not to take the wide gate, which is the way carnal people take (they act like people in the world). Jesus never meant the downward road was hell, the word destruction means to suffer loss. Jesus will reward the faithful (Matthew 25:23).

Who are the faithful? The ones who fulfilled God’s purpose for their lives. The Word of God also tells us not to judge. When someone says another person is going to hell, they are judging and bringing them into condemnation. “Judge not, that you be not judged. For what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you.  And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye?  Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me remove the speck from your eye;’ and look, a plank is in your own eye?”

Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye (Matthew 7:1-5).

His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you rule over many things.” Enter into the joy of your lord.’ (Matthew 25:23) Not only that, but those also who are judging others, how many people do they own? Who are you to judge another’s servant? To his own master he stands or falls. Indeed, he will be made to stand, for God is able to make him stand (Romans 14:4). Please consider these Biblical truths and stop judging, criticizing, and condemning others; prays for them, and maybe the Spirit will lead you to them in Love!

Jesus even told His disciples when they wanted to separate the wheat from the tare (weeds represented the unsaved), not to do it (Matthew 13:24-30). In essence they could have pulled the wheat instead of the tares. They were similar to people in the church! They will be judged by the Lord who is the Righteous Judge (2 Timothy 4:8).
