The Hitman – Assignment to Destroy Me 9-15-25

"Alive and Well! Can't you tell?"

Before proceeding further about my prophetic office, I am going back to the call that was recognized by many people; the evangelist. When I moved to New Jersey in 1990, a sister in the church immediately recognized the call, and so did my pastor.

My horrible experience!

I had not been to visit my mother in a year, so on January 1, 1994, I took a plane out of Philadelphia with the intent of being with my mother for a month. Things changed drastically, and I ended up being in Greensboro for six weeks due to one of the most devastating situations; I was poisoned and became deathly ill.

My mother’s doctor examined me and he thought I had a bowel obstruction; my stomach was distended and it looked like I was about five months pregnant. The doctor gave me medicine and said if it didn’t help they would have to perform surgery. I ended up in Wesley Long Hospital for three days, believing the Lord was going to heal me.

Prayer requests were sent out to friends all over the United States. The elder and his wife from my former church came and prayed for me, I believe he anointed me with oil (James 5:13-16). My mother said you are not going to die; my friend was traveling on the interstate to visit me at the hospital; she said this was on a truck: “Your faith is not found in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.”

A ninety one year old lady became my roommate, and she heard me speaking faith words over my situation, and these encouraging words were spoken: She was in the hospital twenty years ago; some sisters came and prayed for her and she was healed. My mother's pastor also came and prayed for me.

That Sunday morning, they were wheeling me out of the room. I asked them, “Where are you taking me?” They said to the operating room. I said, “Take me back to my room” The Lord had spoken to me and said not to let them operate because they didn’t know what they were doing. Because I refused to let them operate, I was discharged and had to sign a paper not holding them liable. This was also on the discharge papers:

“Ms. Burnett needs to get back to Philadelphia right away, because she is dying”

During those days that seemed to be a lifetime of agony, I never lost my faith, and thanks be to God for all those He had praying, believing, and agreeing that I would be raised from my bed of affliction. After being discharged, my mother and stepfather took me back to their home. I sat in the den most of the day listening to faith preachers on the TV; later I laid down on the sofa and all  that poison gushed out of my body, I was healed!

Backtracking:

Before this horrible attack happened, this is what I wrote and didn’t even remember for this horrible attack to destroy me: “Somebody is going to try to get rid of me”

Back to New Jersey:

When my mother had an appointment with her doctor, he asked her if I was still alive. She told him that I was alive and well! I told others how the Lord had delivered me from the hitman who was trying to destroy me; I wanted everybody to know how the Lord had healed me; they didn’t have a clue as to what I was saying. Now “It’s My Time” to share of God's awesomeness!

To those of you who don’t believe the devil is real, read the Bible; he tried to destroy Moses when he was a baby to prevent God’s plan for us to be delivered; he interrupted, could not stop it.

The devil used Herod the king in an attempt to destroy Jesus. Then Herod, when he saw that he was deceived by the wise men, was exceedingly angry; and he sent forth and put to death all the male children who were in Bethlehem and in all its districts, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had determined from the wise men (Matthew 2:16).

Which none of the rulers of this age knew; for had they known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory (1 Corinthians 2:8).

He will try to destroy you if you are committed and faithful! I am “Sold Out” ~ Still Alive and Doing Very Well!
