How Deep Can Sin Get? Astrology (Zodiac Signs, Horoscopes).
· This message is a follow-up from yesterday’s post “Should the People of God Believe in Superstition” – such as being born by a sign which is astrology- zodiac sins (horoscope), the lucky rabbit’s foot, and the four-leaf clover.
· The question was asked “Isn’t it considered a form of witchcraft, depending how deep you’re in it.” What seems to be innocent is the trick. You will mess around and yourself in a trap that is no easy to get out of.
· If a born-again believer is depending on any source other than God or what is God inspired it is sin. The deeper one gets into anything ungodly, the worse it becomes.
· Astrology is a range of divinatory practices that claim to discern information about human affairs and terrestrial events by studying the apparent positions of celestial objects. Learn about the origins, traditions, systems, and methods of astrology from different cultures and civilizations, as well as its relation to science and astronomy.
The astrological signs Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces. The Western zodiac originated in Babylonian astrology, and was later influenced by the Hellenistic culture. Each sign was named after a constellation the sun annually moved through while crossing the sky.
· I knew there would be more to the message yesterday. While searching out scriptures, this is just one that stood out. You are wearied with your many counsels; let now the astrologers, those who prophesy by the stars, those who predict by the new moons, stand up and save you from what will come upon you (Isaiah 47:13).
Daniel answered in the presence of the king, and said, the secret which the king has demanded, the wise men, the astrologers, the magicians, and the soothsayers cannot declare to the king (Daniel 2:27). Note: the king’s men could not interpret his dream, but the man of God did, because his interpretation came from the Lord. Then the magicians, the astrologers, the Chaldeans, and the soothsayers came in, and I told them the dream; but they did not make known to me its interpretation (Daniel 4:7).

Astrology is often utilized for readings, future telling, and finding deeper understanding of ones ‘self, but is it witchcraft? Historically speaking, yes! Astrology is a cornerstone of witchcraft, magic, and spellcasting.
· From this message today with biblical references and an excerpt from the internet, what do you think astrology is witchcraft? Do you think should of God should read their horoscopes and use zodiac signs to determine what the month they were born means?
· After reading these messages, and as a child of God and you continue with these ungodly beliefs, you will be accountable for your actions. All of us are guilty of something, but whatever it may be, let’s ask God to forgive us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). This is what it means to be restored.
