Peace in the Midst of the Storm
Good morning friends!
This is the day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it! (Psalm 118:24) O’ magnify the Lord with me, let us exalt His name together (Psalm 34:3), because the “Joy” of the Lord is our strength (Nehemiah 8:10).
I used those scripture for all of us to think like the Lord wants us to think, and to speak life words despite our situation. I don’t know what you are going through today, but everybody is going through something. Therefore, let’s remember that regardless of how bad the circumstance may seem, Jesus is with us.
Do you feel like the waves of the ocean are about to overtake you? Do you feel like your boat is sinking, and you’re about to drown? If so, look to Jesus, because there is no storm too fierce that He is not able to calm. Jesus will give you peace when the storm is raging; Jesus gives peace when the waves are overtaking you, regardless how strong and powerful they are.
My friends, no matter what you are going through, look to Jesus, the anchor of your soul. Trust God, because He will never fail you. The Sovereign, Almighty God is in total control of every stormy situation, and nothing is too difficult for Him!
