Walking in Good Health

Since October is “Breast Cancer Awareness Month “I salute and give a HUGE “Shoutout” to all Breast Cancer “SURVIVORS” Usually my mammogram is in September, but due to some insurance changes my appointment was yesterday.

This is my third year of being cancer free, Praise the LORD! I am overjoyed to say I received a good report!

Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things (Philippians 4:8).

Therefore, I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them (Mark 11:24).

This horrible disease called cancer is no joke, and it can be scary because different types of cancer affect so many, many people. I not only pray for myself, but for all those whom I know are affected by the terrible disease. Please get your annual checkup!

But I also thank the Lord for my intercessory prayer partners and anyone else who has lifted my situation to the Lord. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much (James 5:16b).

My assignment is not over; God has me covered and I thank the Lord for Virtua. I've got a lot of work to do! Thanks to each of you, and God bless.
