BIBLICAL Facts - Not Opinions! My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge, because you have rejected knowledge (Hosea 4:6)

ree

I want to tell you that I learned a lot of “Bad” doctrine, but I became open to the truth. It came to a point that it didn’t matter who said what, even if it was my pastor, because I wanted to know the truth and to share the truth with others.

You shall therefore lay up these words of Mine in your heart and in your soul, and you shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes (Deuteronomy 11:18).

Do not let steadfast love and faithfulness forsake you; bind them around your neck; write them on the tablet of your heart (Proverbs 3:3). Bind them on your heart always; tie them around your neck (Proverbs 6:21). Your Word have I hidden in my heart that I might not sin against You (Psalm 119:11). Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path (Psalm 119:105).

I did not know there were so many scriptures saying almost the same thing. To me that means how important it is for us to be serious about our walk and be more determined than ever to make sure we are sharing the Truth! I do know that from the beginning of my relationship with Christ I hungered and thirsted after righteousness (Matthew 5:6), and over the years I have been getting filled more and more.

Now to the five wise and five foolish virgins. “Then the kingdom of heaven shall be likened to ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom.  Now five of them were wise, and five were foolish. Those who were foolish took their lamps and took no oil with them,  but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.  But while the Bridegroom was delayed, they all slumbered and slept.

“And at midnight a cry was heard: ‘Behold, the bridegroom is coming; go out to meet him!’  Then all those virgins arose and trimmed their lamps.  And the foolish said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’

But the wise answered, saying, ‘No, lest there should not be enough for us and you; but go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.’  And while they went to buy, the Bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut.

Note: This is the meaning of what the five foolish asked the wise ones for their oil. They had been given their lamps (gifts/assignment), but it was up to them to keep the oil in their lamps. The warning is; don’t try to mimic or copy what God has given someone else, because each person is unique and special and they have their own special grace.

“Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open to us!’  But he answered and said, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, I do not know you.’ “Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming (Matthew 25:1-13).

PLEASE pay close attention! The Word said the five foolish virgins; it did not say the five unsaved virgins. The door was shut, which means they were not going to be ruler over anything, because they did not prepare themselves to receive rewards.

When the Word says they went out to meet the Bridegroom, it has to be talking about those who were born again, therefore all the virgins were saved. AND, when you see the word VIRGIN, it is pertaining purity; which every child of God is. For I am jealous for you with godly jealousy. For I have betrothed you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ (2 Corinthians 11:2).

FYI- Only those who are born again are married to Christ, therefore He is saying to His bride to be ready (prepared) to meet Him, when He comes.
