On Sunday, April 13th , a niece, and I went to Pennsauken High school to see the “WIZ” What an awesome play. The cast was superb, and They put their all into the superb performance. I have been blessed to go to many plays at the school and it seems that each one gets better and better.
The show was sooooo good that I almost lost my voice screaming with glee. I must say this, to see my three nieces perform together in a play really touches my heart. The older graduating sister played a major role.
Her two younger fourteen year old twin sisters always dance so gracefully, which does not surprise me, since all three of the girls have been in a Dance Company from the time they were old enough to be a part of the company.
We arrived at show a little late and all the playbills were gone, but I felt that one would be left after the show, and there it was. Guess who got it? Me, of course! Once I was able to read the words expressed from the playbill:
The oldest sister said: “Thank you to family for their unwavering support and to my directors for their incomparable commitment to this program. Above all, thanks to God.”
One twin: “I want to thank God, my family for supporting me, my cast for being amazing, and our directors for always having our backs.”
The other twin: “I thank God for giving me the opportunity to do this, thank my family for supporting me, and I thank my cast members who made this show process fun!”
To read how these three sisters did not leave God out, was a blessing indeed; they were not ashamed to be grateful. Thank God for a morally upright family and most of all, I am truly overjoyed that they have a relationship with the Lord! By the way, Maica led the theme song, “Ease on Down the Road”

That’s why it gives me pleasure to write about people and their experiences that are morally upright, especially when it comes to the younger generation.
Ps. I take pride in saying that the three sisters are my third generation nieces.
