What You Gonna do Today? 2-9-25

Updated: Feb 9

I am excited to tell you that there are two things in my plans for today. I plan to assemble with the saints; hear a Word from the Lord, and later I plan to be in a gathering  with some family members to watch the football game. For all of you religious people who I hope you make it to heaven, there is something that is not taught in many churches; which is what masses of people will be enjoying today, will happen in the eternal realm.

Let me break it down to you. I am led to write and post messages because God knows that so many of you are not being taught what will affect your eternal status. By the way, I have lost some readers who were following  me because of what is posted on social media, but Jesus lost followers (John 6:66).

It could be that some leaders are influential in the loss of readership, but who would you rather follow, God or some leaders who are not rightly dividing the Word of Truth? (2 Timothy 2:15). They searched the scriptures.

I don’t post anything that can’t be backed up with the Word of God, which supports, relates, connects and confirm with other scriptures. The problem is, many people single out a scripture that stands alone and they use it. That does not work; one must know what is before and after, in other words, scriptures must be used in the proper context.

Make sure you endure sound doctrine!
Make sure you endure sound doctrine!

It just could be that some leaders are not called to the position they are functioning in or they are acting in the flesh. If they understood the five ministry offices, these people would not feel insecure and threatened by others who are called by God; after all we are one body working together to edify the church and to glorify God.

Many are called [to salvation] but few Many are called [to salvation] but few choose to fulfill God’s purpose for their lives. If some of these people truly knew their call, why are they using a title (reverend) instead for one of the five ministry offices. If they completely understood they would be growing the church into maturity.

FYI- I am a ministry office prophetess/evangelist called by Jesus, and qualified to help the children of God to grow.

And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,  for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,

till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;  that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting,

but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ— from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love (Ephesians 4:11-16).

Jesus had a problem with titles and so do I. But you, do not be called ‘Rabbi’; for One is your Teacher, the Christ, and you are all brethren. (Matthew 23:8) When a leader or anyone feels threatened by someone’s knowledge, that shows a lack of maturity and they are still carnal (acting) in the flesh regardless of how long someone has been in ministry, if they are not doing Romans 12:1-3 “I beseech [urge] you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one the measure of faith.” Everyone starts with the same measure of faith.

I seriously considered wearing my Eagles gear to church today, then the Holy Spirit reminded me of how this message was started. Church service first and being with others later to watch the game together.

I realized that every church may not agree with wearing certain clothes in the church. I don’t have a problem with that. As a matter of fact, more attention should never be given to anything or anybody more than it is to God. I believe balance is the key- Let’s stay focused and remember that the true church is not a “Social Club”!

Tomorrow, Lord willing, a follow-up from today’s message
